Placing an order is easy, once you have selected your choice of gift, just click “add to cart” and the item is added to your shopping cart. For multiple purchases, you may click “Continue Shopping”. For same day deliveries, orders must be received by 4PM (Arabian Standard Time). All orders after cut-off will be delivered the next day. Please note that we only have 3 options on delivery time. These are AM, PM and anytime. While we will do our best to deliver on a specific time frame under special instruction, we cannot guarantee this most especially on special occasions like Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, EID holidays, Christmas, and New Year.

An email is automatically sent to you as longas you have provided a valid email address.

Any changes to the order/s, kindly reply to the confirmation email sent to you with Order number.

Once the order is confirmed, we will send you an email updating you of the status of the delivery.

Please note that our staff contacts the recipient prior to delivery to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the flowers. If the recipient is unavailable or could not be contacted, our staff will attempt to contact the sender for an alternate contact number that is why it is important that you provide more than 1, complete and accurate contact details of the recipient. Otherwise, we will leave the flowers with the apartment reception or neighbor.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if it is requested 24 hours prior to delivery date.

Some flowers are seasonal, so in the event of the unavailability of the specific flower of the chosen arrangement, we will notify you immediately and offer the available replacement of the same or greater value and quality. If we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with the substitution to avoid delay in the delivery.

We will charge for delivery outside Doha:

2. Al Rayyan – QR 20
3. Al Wakra – QR 30
4. Al Khor – QR 50
5. Um Salal – QR 30
6. Dukhan – QR 70

All our flowers are guaranteed fresh and will normally last 5 days or even longer. After delivery, it is best to place them in the vase away from direct sunlight, cut the stem to 1 inch and change the water after every 24 hours.

We will refund a full amount if the cancellation request is received 24 hours prior to delivery date.

In cases of complaints raised by the customer because of delivery delay or the flowers delivered is wrong or there are items missing in the order, we will try our best to resolve the issue and compensate for the inconvenience it has caused the customer by resending the flowers and/or sending an apology gift.
